Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix

1 large can peaches drained, 1 yellow cake mix, 1/4 cup butter cut into little squares and sprinkled on top of the cake mix, 1 can sprite. Layer in that order in a 9x13 pan. Don't mix. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream! You will die!!

Homemade Peach Cobbler

Beat 1 egg, then add 1/2 cup sugar, 3 TBS melted butter, 1/3 cup milk. Mix. Combine 1 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt and add to egg mixture. Peel and slice 7-8 peaches and add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ginger. Arrange in baking dish and top with batter. Bake 375 for 30 minutes.
