1 pound ground beef
1 Tablespoon dried onions
4 cup chicken or beef bouillon made into broth
1 6 ounce can of tomato paste
1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/2 Teaspoon bottled minced garlic
6 ounce spaghetti, broken
grated cheese, parmesan or cheddar
PREPARATION:
Cook beef and drain. Stir in broth, tomato paste and spices. Bring to boil.
Add spaghetti, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Boil gently uncovered for 15-17 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serve with cheese.
